True White Whitening Systems have created a safe and effective alternative to pricey dental office bleaching treatments.  They claim to get your teeth up to 10 shades whiter within the first few sessions.  They use as undisclosed concentration of a peroxide gel, which is a commonly used bleaching agent.  The website does not indicate whether or not the peroxide is hydrogen or carbamide peroxide, however, in a magnified view of the product on another website it was indicated on the syringe that the gel is carbamide peroxide. The True White Whitening System also combines potassium nitrate into their bleaching solution that helps minimize any sensitivity that is sometimes common with other bleaching products.  The kit contains two thermo fitting bleaching trays, one for the upper and one for the lower arch, enough bleach containing syringes for up to 20 uses and a handheld blue LED (light emitting diode) light.  The LED light helps to activate the gel within 30 minutes helping to maximize results.  The True White Whitening System Advanced Plus is available on the company website for $249.  Refills and replacement parts are also available online.  New trays are $15, a new LED light is $25 and one bleach syringe is $39.  The manufacturer provides little detail as to what the differences are between the regular and Advanced Plus System.  The regular system is available at other retailers for as low as $45 which includes the two trays, LED light and 2 bleaching gel syringes.

  • Safe and effective
  • Fast results, up to 10 shades whiter
  • Does not cause sensitivity
  • Easy to use
  • Optional LED illuminating blue light will accelerate the whitening process

  • Price is high if purchased directly from company website
  • Trays are not custom fit
  • No options for lower concentrations of peroxide solution

True White Teeth Whitening System Advanced Pro provides consumers with super fast whitening results.  The universal thermo bleaching trays must be heated and molded at home according to the instruction manual included in the kit.  This does leave room for error.  It is important that the trays fit as precisely as possible so that uneven bleaching or mild chemical burns on soft tissue (gums) does not occur.  The LED light helps to speed up the activation of the peroxide solution to maximize bleaching results.  One major benefit to this product over the competitors is the addition of the potassium nitrate, which is the main active ingredient in desensitizing toothpastes.  The price point is a bit high on the company website but this product is available through other websites as well for a much cheaper price.

Sounds good but…….the instructions are so small as to be unreadable. Where might I find a readable version of the instructions.
